Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
When it is a course or service
To be eligible for a refund it must be less than 7 days from the purchase of the course, program, consulting or training. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
When it is a product
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.

Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at SUPPORT@IAMTHEMATRIX.COM.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If shipping an item over $75 usd, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
